Delivery Rules

1. Order Processing

• Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

• You may receive an order confirmation and delivery update through your registered contact information.

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: Usually 1–3 business days.

• Outside Dhaka: Usually 3–5 business days.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, weather, holidays, or courier conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, weight, and applicable delivery service.

• Any applicable delivery fee will be shown during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

4. Delivery Address

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

• If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure, additional delivery charges may apply.

5. Receiving Your Order

• Please check the package condition when receiving your order.

• If the package appears seriously damaged, please inform the delivery person and contact Carry Commerce Ltd. as soon as possible.

6. Failed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable or cannot be reached, our delivery partner may attempt delivery again. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts where applicable.

7. Delays

While we always try to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, weather, public holidays, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Special & Pre-Order Products

Products marked as pre-order, customized, or special-order items may require additional processing time. The estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated with the customer.

9. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully delivered, the order may be marked as Delivered in our system. Please keep your order information or receipt for future reference.
